Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Business Admin
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our growing team.
The primary function of this role is to provide executive assistance to, primarily, the Vice President – Finance (and other members of the Leadership Team (LT), as and when required). In addition, this role will be responsible for general office management.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organise and coordination of events as required.
- Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Book all ANZ staff travel as required – including flights, accommodation and car hire etc.
- Answering phones, directing calls and taking messages where applicable.
This position is hybrid full-time or part-time position.
