Since the platform’s first release in 1990, the Equigroup team has consistently updated and improved TheAssetAdvantage® in line with customers’ changing needs and technology innovation.
On Saturday 27th of November 2021, a new version of TheAssetAdvantage® home screen and TheAssetAdvantage® Help Site was released, enabling users to have a more seamless platform experience. This article outlines the changes made to the market leading asset management system and information on the new help environment.
New Home Screen and Dashboard
Based on feedback received, we have developed a new dashboard that displays a snapshot of your leased portfolio with Equigroup and the Commonwealth Bank.
There are two graphs, one that shows a historical trend of the number of active assets in your portfolio, as well as a chart that displays the percentage of assets (by unit number) across each technology category.
At the bottom of the dashboard, you will see two tables; the first alerts you to End of Lease orders awaiting action and below that, a table listing Contracts nearing Maturity.
There is also a feed to Equigroup’s LinkedIn page so customers can be updated whenever we share new articles including product announcements and company news.
TheAssetAdvantage® Help Centre
With customer experience at the core, we have re-designed the help environment to enable users to find the information they are looking for more efficiently. A new Help Centre has been created that houses articles, videos and guides to getting the most out of the system, and ensuring that you can benefit from the many features within the platform. It is a great place to send new hires who are looking after your lease administration, and also to brush up on report features during end of year reporting.
